ANNUAL REPORT
for the year ended December 31, 2025
SHAKLEE CENTRE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOS. 1-6
TOWN OF HUDSON, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
As required by Section 32-1-20(3)(c), C.R.S., and Section VII of the Service Plans for Shaklee Centre Metropolitan District Nos. 1-6 (the “Districts”), approved by the Board of Trustees for the Town of Hudson (the “Town”) on December 2, 2015, the Districts submit the following documents and information for report year 2025:
1. Boundary changes made or proposed to the District’s boundary as of December 31st of the report year.
No boundary changes were made or proposed during 2025.
2. Intergovernmental Agreements with other governmental entities, entered into, proposed, or terminated as of December 31st of the report year.
Each of the Districts entered into an intergovernmental agreement with the Town of Hudson on June 29, 2016.
The Districts entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on June 29, 2016.
3. A list of all facilities and improvements constructed or acquired by the Districts and those that have been conveyed or dedicated to and accepted by the Town as of December 31st of the report year.
None.
4. Audit of the Districts’ financial statements, for the year ending December 31st of the report year, prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles or audit exemption, if applicable.

District Nos. 2-6 are currently inactive.

To our knowledge, there are no uncured events of default by the Districts which continue beyond a ninety (90) day period.
6. Any inability of the Districts to pay their obligations as they come due in accordance with the terms of any Debt instruments, which continue beyond a ninety (90) day period.
To our knowledge, the Districts have been able to pay their obligations as they come due.
7. Access information to obtain a copy of rules and regulations adopted.
The Districts have not adopted any rules and regulations as of December 31, 2025.
8. Summary of litigation involving the Districts’ public improvements.
To our knowledge the Districts were not involved in any litigation in 2025.
9. Status of the Districts’ construction of public improvements.
The Districts are currently in the planning phase and have not constructed any public improvements.
10. Final assessed valuation of the Districts for the report year.
